1. OVERVIEW
We want you to love your Aurabre piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of the delivery date
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Gift cards
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at aurabre@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Aurabre is not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at aurabre@outlook.com.
6. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 15 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at aurabre@outlook.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurabre@outlook.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
